Joining and photos
Applications and garment photos are reviewed before they are ready. Uploads may take a little time to appear in your wardrobe.
Sign-in help
Use “forgot password?” with your verified email or phone. If you cannot access either, contact support so we can verify your identity.
Reports and deletion
Report a concern or delete your account in Settings. To delete, type “i want to delete this account” and confirm. You are signed out immediately and account/data cleanup runs automatically, without a cooling-off period or operator approval. Local file cleanup continues when our processing service is online. You can also email us if you cannot sign in. We aim to review reports within 24 hours.
