Your information
We use your account and contact details, profile, photos, wardrobe and saved outfits, calendar entries, friendships, preferences, and support requests to provide ArDi. We also process technical and security records. Your device stores your session, preferences, permissions and cached images.
How we use it
We use information to run your account and wardrobe, review applications, prepare photos, provide requested sharing and weather, and handle support and deletion. Our bases are providing the requested service, legitimate interests in security and service operation, consent for optional photo processing, and applicable legal obligations.
Your photos
With permission, garment photos are stored, manually reviewed and may be sent for AI-assisted image preparation. Only upload images you have permission to share. You can withdraw permission in Settings → Privacy. This stops future processing of waiting photos, but does not recall work already sent or delete existing images. Profile and calendar photos are separate from garment generation.
Providers and sharing
Supabase provides authentication and storage; Brevo delivers email; Twilio handles phone verification; OpenAI prepares garment images; Apple provides optional sign-in and weather; Vercel hosts the website. Generic operational alerts use ntfy. The operator also reviews images in local administration tools. Providers may process data outside your country under their terms and applicable transfer safeguards; contact us for details.
Admitted members can discover usernames. Profile-photo visibility and outfit sharing are controlled in Settings. Friends may access permitted wardrobe content and copy allowed garments. Blocking or stopping sharing limits future access but cannot recall copies or screenshots already made. We do not sell personal information or use advertising trackers.
Weather
Apple Weather receives coordinates for your selected city, not your wardrobe identity. We do not request GPS location. Forecasts may be cached for up to 10 minutes; account-level monthly request totals limit usage. Apple Weather privacy · data sources.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep data while needed for the service, security or legal requirements. Delete your account in Settings by typing the confirmation sentence and confirming, or contact us if you cannot sign in. Confirmation ends account access immediately and starts automatic deletion without a cooling-off period or operator approval. Cleanup covers your login, records, cloud media and relevant local files. Local file cleanup requires our processing service to be online; failed steps are retried. Shared source files, historical backups and provider retention can require additional cleanup. A restricted deletion journal keeps identifiers, dates and cleanup verification. Removing the app alone does not delete your account.
Your choices
Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent where applicable. We may verify your identity. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may complain to your data-protection authority. Material changes to data use will be communicated and renewed permission requested where needed.
